In this difficult time of COVID-19, safety is a priority. At Osprey Building Performance, we are supporting our customers efforts to stay healthy by following the CDC guidelines for safety.
The more outside air brought into a building, the more the air dilutes the contaminants, like the COVID-19 virus. The health risks are much higher if there is no chance for virus particles in the air to escape. Without proper ventilation, these contaminants become more concentrated into a dose large enough to be a health threat.
Healthy indoor air happens when inside air, from a code compliant HVAC system, mixes frequently with fresh air and cycles through filters removing viruses.
Our goal is to provide safe indoor air.
